What is the difference between this scenario and the one where you had
the call to a remote worker go to voicemail directly - is it just the
client type (Bria vs. x-lite)?

The client seems to complain that it is not seeing any RTP traffic. If
that is the case, you would probably have one-way or no-way speech path
on the call. Was that the case? Also, please verify that the intranet
subnet(s) you configured under System->Internet Calling *exactly*
describe the private subnet that sipXecs is a part of. Remove any
default entries that do not apply to your situation. If that is set up
correctly, please send me a packet sniff of the call on the 'any'
interface.

Also be sure to disable any NAT traversal capabilities on Bria, i.e.
under Account->Topology, select 'Use Local address' and uncheck 'enable
ICE'.
