You ought to look at the proxy log (debug) to see what numerical sequence they 
are sending to ensure it matches the alias for your user (or at least see if it 
is hitting the proxy).

Will they confirm you are registered with them? If not, you should look at your 
sipxbridge logs to see what exceptions it is throwing?

Any one out there ever use DID For Sale. 

 

They use IP Address to send calls to my SIPX Box. 

 

When I dial the number it rings and rings then is answered by a FAST Busy. 

 

It shows on the call detail log that it fails.

 

I don't know what I am doing wrong. Anyone can shed some light it would  be
greatly appreciated.
