Hi all,
I'm trying to install sipx on slackware 12.2, but I'm stuck compiling
sipxconfig.

I already installed this components from source:

        - SipxportLib
        - SipxtackLib
        - SipxmediaLib
        - SipxmediaadapterLib
        - Sipxcalllib
        - Sipxcommserverlib
        - Sipxvxml
        - Sipxpublisher
        - Sipxregistry
        - Sipxproxy

But while installing sipxconfig it fails in the ./configure phase:

------8<-----------8<-----------8<-----------8<-----------8<-----
<...>

CFLAGS="$SLKCFLAGS" \
ANT=/usr/bin/ant \
ANT_HOME=usr/lib/ant/ \
JUNIT_HOME=/usr/share/java/junit-4.6.jar \
./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --enable-ruby-bindings
<...>

checking for ant... /usr/lib/ant//bin/ant

checking for /etc/java/java.conf... no
configure: error: Cannot system jar directory. Try to install jpackage-utils
package.

------8<-----------8<-----------8<-----------8<-----------8<-----

I tried to follow suggestions and install jpackage-utils, but it seems
to me is too much focused on rmp distributions to suit slackware.

Can someone please give me some hints?
I'm currently using opensolaris installation instructions
(http://sipx-wiki.calivia.com/index.php/HowTo_build_sipX_with_SunStudio_on_Solaris_10)
as a reference, and jpackage-utils is not cited as a requirement, so
maybe it's not mandatory...

Can someone please provide a hint?

Thanks,
Gufo
