I created a ring-all queue named "queue". I assigned a line "401", and pointed it to queue "queue". I selected users I wanted in the queue, then clicked Activate. I check that the agents are signed in and make a test call to 401. I get a fast busy signal. When I watch the logs as I make the call, I get "CALLSTATE_OFFERING::reject the call due to no signed in agent". I Google'd and found someone else with the same problem on this mailing list: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg01674.html
However the "fix" didn't apply here. My domain name and case is correct. Help!
