Hi,

Am having a serious problem with ACD. Agents that are signed in, as far
as the ACD Presence Server is concerned, are not signed in to the ACD
Server. The ACD Server shows 0 Total Agents under Queue Statistics.

If I place a call to the queue, I am getting the following in the
sipxacd.log file:

"ACDCallManager::eventCallback - CALLSTATE_OFFERING::reject the call 2
due to no signed in agent"

Even though ACD Presence show two agents signed in. When I sign an agent
in I am getting the following in the sipxpresence.log file:

SIP:ERR:sipxecs-1.voip.lim.ie.pallasfoods.eu:HttpConnection-388:B449EB90:sipxpresence:"SipPresenceMonitor::getState
contact sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:5130 state = closed"

I am guessing that the SIP:ERR isn't a good sign, but I don't know what
to make of it. I have activated the ACD Server and have double check the
DNS config, I even tried setting the Server Location to the servers IP
without success.

Any suggestions on where to look next?
