Hi Matt, I tried to used ekiga and the result still the same. I think there's the problem from the remote ISP. I found it because when I tried to use another ISP (we used 3G/HSDPA connection for the remote worker), I was able to call from the remote ext. to internal ext. and vice versa. When I looked to the Registrations page, I found the status is "[email protected]:2597;rinstance=54790d2b21564cc5;x-sipX-privcontact=10.12.10.1%44B45"
