This indicates that the phone does not appear to be behind a NAT from
the point-of-view of sipXecs.  This usually happens when the phone is
connected directly to the public internet or when it, or the Nat in
front of it) implements some NAT traversal features such as STUN or SIP
ALGs.

This indicates that the phone appears to be behind a NAT whose public IP
address is 122.129.193.22 while the phone's private IP address is
122.129.193.23.  I immediately see a contradiction here - the private
and public IP addresses are in the same subnet which likely indicates a
configuration error at your end.  Based on your understanding of your
remote setup, can you explain that?
