Hello All, During the past few weeks, we have been experiencing multiple issues with the ACDServer and it crashing about 5-6 times per day, with about 6 queues assigned to ACDServer, one server.
This is happening on about a 20 call volume load but not consistent. We are looking into expanding to multiple servers for hosting ACD servers. For example, we have about 6 queues stored on one ACD server. If our Customer Service Queue goes down, we don't want other queues to go down with it. Essentially we would also not like queues to go down period. Basically we want complete stability with some form of redundancy, across multiple servers. We had this working perfectly when only 1 queue was assigned to the ACD Group. We are currently using Sipxecs 4.0, 6 * Audiocodes Mediant 600, and 200 * LG-Nortel 6830 IP Phones. Can anyone provide some kind of advice on architecture and/or available documentation that could get us out of this hurdle? Thanks In Advance,
