Continuing this thread on the list : It appears, from the trace you sent me, that the number you are trying to call 883495xxxx is not known to the ITSP and hence it returns 404 User Not Found. The call flow looks fine. Its just that the ITSP does not recognize the number. You may want to take a look at the wiki instructions on how to generate / interpret sipx trace files so you can do some preliminary troubleshooting to eliminate obvious problems.
