Hi, Ranga. First i want to thank you for your time to help me and to troubleshoot with me the problem. I will take a look to the wiki instructions. The interesting part is that i call actually to this number 00359883595xxx. I tried to call to this number from x-lite directly thru voicetrading and the phone is ringing. My dial plan is configured this way: I go to dial plans, then i choose a new international dial plan. There i set the name and PSTN prefix to be 00359. I choose the gateway (in my case voicetrading), then i enable dial plan. From softphone i call the number this way: 00359883495xxx. I tried also this way. I go to dial plans, then i choose a new international dial plan. There i set the name and PSTN prefix to be 883. I choose the gateway (in my case voicetrading), then i enable dial plan. From gateway dial plans i add +359 as prefix to all dial plans. From softphone i call the number this way: 00359883495xxx.
