Subject: [sipx-users] problems registering to sipxecs

AsteriskNOW box is configured to register a sip trunk to sipXecs. I get a
either a 405 Not Allowed, or a 401 Unauthorized. Are these the correct settings
to use?

Example settings on the AsteriskNOW box:

Outbound callerid: "Joe User" <1234567890>

Outgoing Settings, Trunk Name: 1234567890

Peer Details:
qualify=yes
type=friend
nat=yes
insecure=very
dtmfmode=rfc2833
host=sipx.example.com
username=1234567890
secret=my-password

Incoming Settings, User Context: 1234567890-in

USER Details:
qualify=yes
context=from-sip-external

Register String:
1234567890:[email protected]:5080
