Confirmed. Nothing on the sipfoundry.org server seems to be accessible (including the links you provided). The SipXecs Project server at sipxecs.sipfoundry.org appears to be working fine. I guess its either known maintenance, or another DNS caching issue if the site has just been moved to another server.
