I have an ITSP account with Global Crossing. Internally and externally outbound, my calls are working fine. They have assigned me 2 DID numbers that I am trying to test with.... When I add them as aliases to my User, the call doesn't go through and there is a failed entry in my CDR log with the correct DID number showing... Is there something I am missing besides putting the DID as an alias to the user?
