The management team would like for our phone system to ring the receptionist 
first before sending it to the hunt group/queue. I have attempted to accomplish 
this by creating a extension which is set to forward "at the same time" to the 
receptionist's extension for 10 seconds. I then set another forward instruction 
"if no response"  dial the hunt group. The receptionist is included in said 
hunt group and is in the first position.

The problem is that if the receptionist does not answer the initial ring it 
will send to the rest of the phones in the hunt group but her phone does not 
ring.
