Thank you for your reply.  Yes, I checked the registrations and all the
phones, soft phones, and the LinkSys devices are all registered.

I don't know if this will help or not, but here is the link to my original
post with the details of the topology / configurations, the problem details,

The most likely explanation is that the Polycom was not registered at
the time you made call (1) - did you check Diagnostics > Registrations ?
