I did a while back, both a User and a Factory reset, and I "thought" I
followed the Wiki.  By now I am sure it's no where near that point given all
the things I have tried.  Let me reset it and try it again just to make sure
I didn't miss something or change to much.

Have you tried a factory reset of the SPA-2102? Only change what's
covered in the Wiki
