An audit log was added to 4.1 a couple weeks ago for XX-5200. Currently the log only reports on service state changes (stop/start/restart), config replication, and changes to dial plans, gateways, and SBCs. Additional content will be added to the log over time, including changes resulting from user actions. If you have specific actions that you would like to see reported, please open a Jira issue. Feedback like this is a good way to prioritize which features get audit log capabilities first. As for viewing the audit log, this has do be done as for other logs (via the shell, or retrieved via ftp, scp, etc). We do not have an audit log viewer (or generic log viewer) in sipXconfig just yet. Personally I think it would be a great addition.
