Once you're done telling sipXecs about the phone and creating its
configuration files ("pushing the profiles" I think it's called), do you
then reboot the phone? If you don't reboot the phone, it may take it a
while to check again whether configuration files are available for it.
And until it gets the updated configuration files, it doesn't know how
to register or how to make outgoing calls.
