We only had it up and running for less than a week now, but we are planning to mimic all the functions of existing avaya ip office in the coming week, we will know more soon. So far, we only tested the most basic functions, like voice mail, conference call, transfer, etc. more testing need to be done on ACD queue, call recording (3rd party software needed). We tested Polycom Soundpoint 501, and CISCO 7940. Polycom phones do work better in this case. Cisco phones have some small glitches, maybe firmware or sipx configuration file (I'm not quite sure)
Any recommendation for SIP trunking provider in North America?
