I have new set of Polycom 650/450's running 3.1.3C firmware. Intercom does not work. Paging works fine thought. Devices are in the right groups and I can see the alert-info config is set in the phones cfg file.
I tried setting the ring time from anything from 0 to 5. Any troubleshooting tips? -M
