I have a need to limit the number of incoming calls on a particular line to 1. So if that user is already handling an incoming call, any further incoming calls go straight to voicemail or next user on hunt group (instead of ringing the wireless phone on his belt, which is on the same line).

How can I do this in SipXecs?

You can't if both phones have the same SIP address.

The use of the term 'line' in SIP is pretty misleading - there are no
lines.

If you give the wireless phone its own number, then you can control
which gets used at different times.

Ok so lets assume I give the wireless phone its own number. I'm still unclear as to how I can make it ring at the same time as the wired phone, but prevent it from ringing while the wired phone is already in a call.
