Set an if-no-answer forward option to the wireless phone. In the phone configuration look for the call forward on busy option and make that dial 8+ext to forward immediately to VM. I'm fairly certain that should work the way you want except there will be an initial delay in ringing the wireless. How can I do this in SipXecs? You can't if both phones have the same SIP address. The use of the term 'line' in SIP is pretty misleading - there are no lines. If you give the wireless phone its own number, then you can control which gets used at different times. Ok so lets assume I give the wireless phone its own number. I'm still unclear as to how I can make it ring at the same time as the wired phone, but prevent it from ringing while the wired phone is already in a call.
