Hey guys have a weird issue. We're running 4.0.1 and I have added 2 users extensions 221 and 222 which are Spectralink 8030 handsets. When I try to call a polycom desk phone (Ext 246) I get "Rejected Request timeout" on the handset. However if I dial 222 or 221 from the desk phone (246) the handsets ring! Now to rule out that the handsets are not communicating with our sipx box I dial 0 and get the auto attendant. >From there I can dial the other handset or desk set. So basically I can't dial an internal extension unless I use the auto attendant.
Oh as well I checked the registrations and both handsets with the correct IP Addresses and Extensions are there so the handsets are definitely being registered to the sipx box.
