Not sure...  that's a little harder of a scenario for me to test.

 

I can work on testing that if you think it will yield valuable insight.

This is an odd problem.  What happens if you call the auto-attendant
from a local extension and then dial the remote user extension on the
AA?

        Wondering if anybody else has experienced this:

         

        Call in on a SIP trunk (coming in vial sipXbridge) and hit the
AutoAttendant.

        Try dialing the extension of a remote user (a teleworker coming
in through NAT [sipX media relay]).

        Remote phone will not ring, goes to voicemail.

         

        If I put the DID directly on the remote extension the phone will
ring.

         

        Same softphone sitting inside on the network can receive call.
