Try dialing the extension of a remote user (a teleworker coming in through NAT [sipX media relay]). Remote phone will not ring, goes to voicemail. If I put the DID directly on the remote extension the phone will ring. Same softphone sitting inside on the network can receive call. Thanks, Mike
