Because I have a mix of cisco and polycom phones I have the MOH on the SBC
enabled.

I disabled that and resent the profiles to the Polycom phones. Everything is
now working as expected.

Going to re-enable the SBC MOH setting and see if everything continues to work
then.

Thank You All

Place the proxy into debug logging mode. After the proxy restarts place a test
call.
Then go to the CLI and do:
cd /var/log/sipxpbxmerge-logs
the "merged.xml" file is what will tell what's going on.

Chris,

Can you attached a packet capture, or a merged-log so that we can see what it
is doing or not doing?

Upgraded to 4.0.2 and now my polycom phones don't transfer

I can transfer just fine with my cisco phones, Polycom phones are all up 2 date
with 3.1.3 rev-C
