Because I have a mix of cisco and polycom phones I have the MOH on the SBC enabled.
I disabled that and resent the profiles to the Polycom phones. Everything is now working as expected. Going to re-enable the SBC MOH setting and see if everything continues to work then. After the proxy restarts place a test call.
