Andres, Counterpath softclient is not "MoH capable". LG-Nortel LIP 6830 is. When MoH url is configured. sipXconfig generates quite good config file for 6830 phone. Check if MoH url is configured in your 6830 phone. If yes, when you press hold on 6830, another party should hear music.
