I added some comments to the issue. You should be able to fix the replication by adding a missing parameter to the autoattendant menu. Or by removing the offending menu item (BTW: that's quite a few auto attendants that you have there - I'm impressed) I do not think it was directly related to the upgrade. The system probably could not duplicate its autoattendants.xml for some time now, but it did not matter that much since until you upgraded there was no config version mismatch and sipXivr was happily working with the older file. Let me know if you could find and resolve the problem.
