Forgive me for asking stupid questions... Did you reboot after the upgrade? I had some issues and found that was necessary, but haven't made AA changes. The rights to the file I would assume would be "0644". I recall have replication issues a long time ago, and it was certificate based. I see no notices in this that it is a certificate issue though. When you run: /sbin/chkconfig --list httpd It should show this:httpd 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:off 4:off 5:off 6:off

This was a 4.0.0 box that I upgraded to 4.0.2. In sipXconfig it is complaining because the file is still 4.0.0. Not sure why it won't re-create the file?!?!?!
