I have a really odd problem on 4.0.2 (clean install), my users CANNOT set their own PIN in voicemail? You log in, 5 ,5 asks for old, then new, then new again, it replies with "An error occurred while processing your request, Your personal identification number is not changed" I checked under each user's permissions, everything looks OK? The only thing special about my setup is my VMAIL & Conferencing is on a separate designated server. Any clue's????
