I suppose it depends on who your ITSP is. I have a customer with 2 locations in two different cities. Because they have a physical presence in both cities (real office) we were able to get bandwidth.com to assign phone numbers for both cities. One site is small and has just remote workers coming to sipx in the main office. All the numbers ring in on the main sipx system.
Next month (or early January) we are setting up a 3 city site the same way. We use bandwidth.com.
