Can you clarify.  This is an open source product.  The commercial product
does have other online resources that anyone is free to pay for as an
authorized distributor.  However, Anyone in this user group is free to start
a forum for support of this product.  It's not a responsibility of the
developers.  Build it, I'm sure they will come.

Personally, I've not seen anyone on this list, or on the website touting
this as better than the competition.  Did I miss something?

For me, this format works very well!

I appreciate the developers that have created this product, and I'm happy to
work in the format that makes things easiest for them, as I would much
rather have them working on features and enhancements, than a simple forum
that uses their valuable time.

Everyone has their priorities.  It appears the priority here is not a forum,
until someone makes it THEIR priority.

As suggested previously, please consider using forums instead.  It is easier
to keep track of, edit, search, and most of all - user friendly.  I am still
amazed that decades old format is being used by a "modern" IP PBX system who
touts itself as better than the competition.
