Yes, he said he was beta testing it and would release it when he felt it
was ready.

As I recall all messages from here went there and vice versa.

I also offered up an A record on one of my sipXecs.info or sipXecs.net
domains.

I've offered to host a forum a few times now, in the list and in
private. However, my
concern is that I don't want to support fracturing anything, some posts
in the forums,
some here.
I suspect the forums would end up very well used but it would be good to
find a solution
which works for both sides.
Both sides being those who have no problems using a forum and those who
like using their
mobile tools to keep in touch.
