I personally like mailing lists and can use something like thunderbird to view
it in thread format. Mailing lists that mirror a forum work ok as long as no
functions are allowed on the forum that can't me replicated on a mailing list.
Mobile devices are one of the main factors for me too. Just my $.02.

As suggested previously, please consider using forums instead. It is easier to
keep track of, edit, search, and most of all - user friendly. I am still
amazed that decades old format is being used by a "modern" IP PBX system who
touts itself as better than the competition.
