Bought it used, no support to call which is why I've asked in the list for help 
of course. 
I was sure I mentioned that.

The unit was completely defaulted and firmware re-installed, there is nothing 
left over 
from any previous configuration.

Since there are many audiocodes users here, it was worth asking in case someone 
has come 
across this using sipx.
