One would come to the conclusion in reading your own link that the unit may
have been previously configured for OCS.

A common-sense approach would be to wipe it to factory defaults and let sipx
provision it for you.

If you have not done this, shame on you. Alternately, a call to AudioCodes
or your AC vendor would be in order.
