I am trying to configure one of the softkeys on the polycom phones with a forward (transfer) key.
I am unsure where in the phone profile to set this up? I know the hard key is available, but the client wants to keep the same configuration as it was from a previous provider. It will be used on Polycom IP 601's and 550's. Thanks, Austin
