I'm migrating to 4.0.4 with Polycom 450s and 550s from an ancient PBX. Can some of you share what you have found to be the best setups for Boss/Secretary situations? We have some that the secretary answers all the calls and transfers, some where it forwards after the boss doesn't pickup, some secretaries that cover for multiple people, some executives that have different people answer their phones at different parts of the day, some that manually forward their phones when they walk away. and probably some other scenario I haven't even found yet. I'm a tiny bit confused on some of the write-ups I have found. Other places, it is referred to in the present tense as if it works and it indicates that it was slated for the 3.6 and then 3.8 release. I would love to hear what has worked best for others. I can test until I'm blue in the face, but I'm sure I would never come across some of the gotchas that occur in a real world scenario when performing all these tasks. Thank you!!
