Thanks. I think I will teach him to use the Do Not Disturb and Reject
buttons. I thought about doing it with the hunt group, but it did seem a
little over complicated.

sipx wants "seconds", I think the default is 20 seconds. There is no
way in this version to specify how long to ring an individual line.
It's a global setting right now. Hunt groups, etc, can be done
differently and it all depends on how you want this to work.
He can use a personal auto attendant to go to voicemail greeting which
could say "press "1" for my assistant. There is also a way to do this
with a phantom extension, but it is really dependent on how
complicated you want this on thing to be.
