Seems that the "To" address in the INVITE needs to be [email protected] and
not [email protected]. The latter works in the case of the auto
attendant because (I'm guessing here) extension 100 is actually on the
sipx box itself. 

I was able to get my Nokia E71 working by changing the registration
server setting to just the domain name leaving out the hostname part.

I'm about to give up on the old SPA2002. The only place that has the
FQDN is in the proxy server setting. If I change it to just the domain
then it no longer registers.
