The ACD login/logout feature built into the polycom phones was written for a
particular vendors implementation of ACD. With sipXecs the ACD agent has two
methods available:

*88 and *86 from the phone or user the sipxconfig UI, there is nothing in
the handsets to be activated. Once logged into the active queue, you should
be able to tell the number of agents, etc., in the queue from sipxconfig,
etc. An ACD server has to be enabled, a queue with agents assigned has to be
there waiting when an agent logs in.
