So, there is no way for the user to see from the handset if they are logged into the queue or not, right?

The ACD login/logout feature built into the polycom phones was written for a particular vendors implementation of ACD. With sipXecs the ACD agent has two methods available:

*88 and *86 from the phone or user the sipxconfig UI, there is nothing in the handsets to be activated. Once logged into the active queue, you should be able to tell the number of agents, etc., in the queue from sipxconfig, etc. An ACD server has to be enabled, a queue with agents assigned has to be there waiting when an agent logs in.

Is this thread current for all Polycom handsets?

I tried enabling the ACD features on 450s and 550s running 3.1.3C
    split
and nothing seems to have come to life on the handsets. Is the feature
completely gone? I can't seem to find a lot on the topic. If the
    answer
is the web interface is the only option, I'm fine with that. I
    just want
to know what the choices are.

    Thanks as always,
