I tried enabling the ACD features on 450s and 550s running 3.1.3C
split
and nothing seems to have come to life on the handsets. Is the feature
completely gone? I can't seem to find a lot on the topic. If the
answer
is the web interface is the only option, I'm fine with that. I
just want
to know what the choices are.
