Acd Login/logout might be accomplished using a speeddial button.

Search the archives for call recording.

Handset forced pickup is a phone feature, auto answer. Dunno if the linksys
supports it.

Subject: [sipx-users] any ideas for ways of hacking these unsupportedfeatures?Hi

I have sipxecs 4.0.4 on Centos 5. We wish to get a number of features
implemented that don't appear to be supported as standard, so I'm looking
for any roughly scketched ideas on how we could hack in the following
functionality please:

1. Login/logout button on hansets for ACD signin/signout - to have a button
on the handset that performs ACD/call center sign-in/sign-out functionality.
We're using linksys SPA942 handsets.

2. Call Recording - to provide functionality to record audio calls for a
given handset to disk on the server.

3. Call Monitoring - to provide functionality to have a third party listen
in to an existing SIP call in progress on a handset.

4. Handset forced pickup - for a callcentre environment to prevent people
ignoring calls, to have any signed in/logged in handset be forced to answer
(automatically pickup) an incoming call.

Any rough leads for directions to start off in for the above would be
appreciated. We're willing to put in some time and effort to get the above
working.

Many thanks

Dan
