I did this once.

I created the Certificate Signing Request. Submitted it to GoDaddy and
downloaded the certificate as text (pasted it in) and did the import.

I can;t remember if I had to restart all sipx services or reboot, in order
to see that it was recognized, but it did work the one time I did it.
