I noticed it a purely internal call when doing internal transfers. I will
double check the behavior when it is the actual hold button and check the ini
file.

If MOH is not enabled in sipXbridge, it is coming from the phones.

Alternately call park and acd anchor the media with their own wav files,
akin to MOH.

If your MOH is while a transfer is proceeding it is sipxbridge. If it while
a user pushes their HOLD button it is the phones. Its likely you will see
the MOH uri entered at a group phone level if you don't see it individually.
To confirm, look inside the phone "ini" file link in sipxconfig.

Subject: [sipx-users] Music on hold question

I'm not having any issues, but wanted to make sure I was doing
everything correctly before my go live. I have not enabled MOH in
sixbridge. All my polycom handsets are in a phone group, and
'musicOnHold.uri' is blank. I do still get hold music. Again, it isn't
causing any issues that I know of, but I don't know where it is coming
from. I see a lot of posts on this topic, and I don't want to run into
something after all my users are active. Am I missing something obvious?

Sipx 4.0.4, sixbridge, Verizon VOIP, No firewall (not needed, private
connection), Polycom 450s and 550s - bootrom 4.2.1, firmware 3.1.3C split.

Thanks,
Matthew
