You haven't seen the problem with "stale" acd agent sign-in?
Is there a way to use an action url to display status of agent?

Note: they sign in once and stay signed in "for ever". That is the
way they want it. They are using latest 4.0.4.
I don't know if there is a solution to this but i would like to
find a way to make it easy to sign in/out
by using function keys on their snom 320 phone.
Anyone know how to config function key to:
- press to toggle/signed in/out
- a bonus if it is lit when agent status is "signed in"
