Looks like I had two problems.
I used a copy of a config file when I built my SBCs. The config file contains 
the hardware addresses of the NICs so I suspect ARP weirdness.

I had also overlooked using the default SBC in Internet Calling and because I 
am using external SBC's, I didn't have NAT Traversal options enabled. 

Changing these things seem to do the trick, it all came to life again.
