Is there any way to grant some the rights to run ACD reports without making them a superadmin? This is for my help desk manager. I added the correct group under 'ACD Agent Supervisor' which gave him the ACD supervision tab. I don't see any way for him to run the ACD reports though. I don't want to run them every day for him, and I don't want him to have superadmin access. I don't see anything under permissions that looks even close to this.
