I think I'm going to possible try and write an html page with a frame or
something and put something over the buttons across the top so they
can't be accidentally clicked on. I would probably have a better chance
at that than I would writing something elegant to generate reports from
the DB. I'm just hoping to block "accidental clicking".

Is there any way to grant some the rights to run ACD reports without
making them a superadmin? This is for my help desk manager. I
added the
correct group under 'ACD Agent Supervisor' which gave him the ACD
supervision tab. I don't see any way for him to run the ACD reports
though. I don't want to run them every day for him, and I don't
want him
to have superadmin access. I don't see anything under permissions that
looks even close to this.
