Thank all of you to reply,

Actually i already get some Idea and change it is can work properly now,
I check for this G-tek  adapter actually just only 6watt.

I have 35 same model phone under deference Vlan., (base on department)

FD = Phone - 192.20.102.* , PC - 192.20.2.*
MG = Phone - 192.20.103.*, PC - 192.20.3.*
HR = Phone - 192.20.104.*, PC - 192.20.4.*

my implement this G-Tek is :

1) Change the DNS Server1: and the localhost nem from NETWORK / LAN MODE
by default all the phone is set deference DNS server and all same localhost name.

Now i change all the setting, is working fine now.

that only have one problem is, on the phone it self you able change the LAN Network by 100mb full / 100mb half / 10mb full /10mb half

This will cause your PC LAN slow,

I already send this issue to the technical,

Power requirements are also affected by run lenght.
Limiting your cisco to supply 7w is too low. I've seen some
phones pull close to 15watts.

The nice thing ith the cicso is you can crank it up and it
will tell you the total usage so you can back it down if
it's not needed.
