The "sip providers call back" - as in automatically?  Something doesn't
sound correct here.

 

If you have calls that are failing that consistently, then it should be
simple to get a trace of a call that fails.   Nobody can help you
troubleshoot with the limited information provided, but a trace will provide
most, if not all, of what is needed to help you determine the issue.

 

Clear your log files with this command - logrotate -f
/etc/logrotate.d/sipxchange

 

Then create a call that fails, or several.

 

Go to the server - run /var/log/sipxpbx/merged-logs

 

This will create a merged.xml file which has a merge of all of the log
entries for this call.   This file is what is needed to help isolate this
problem with you.

Interesting to note that after the 5 minute drop, a few of the sip providers
dial the extension back and the call continues as normal......for another 5
minutes or so....
